The electronic control system adopts a modular, networked, and bus communication architecture, with a concise and clear system framework: distribution protection system, variable frequency drive system, safety monitoring system, and operation control system. The distribution protection system includes the circuit breakers and contactors of the main power supply mechanism, as well as the circuit breakers and contactors of each mechanism. The drive system includes the main hook frequency converter, auxiliary hook frequency converter, trolley frequency converter, crane frequency converter, and the braking resistance of each frequency converter. The specific number of frequency converters depends on the number of crane mechanisms. The safety monitoring system includes touch screens, communication cables, communication connectors, and software systems. The control system adopts two methods: ground operation handle and wireless remote control. The operation handle and wireless receiver are connected to the car control box through aviation plugs.
